Our story begins with Rod Carabott, a real estate industry veteran with over 25 years of experience—and over 15 years dedicated specifically to leasing. Rod started Texas Leasing Consultants with a clear purpose: to bring professionalism, structure, and strategy to Austin’s fast-growing rental market. With more than 56% of Austin homes occupied by renters, the need for qualified leasing agents—not just property managers—has never been greater.

That’s where we come in.

We exist to fill the gap—not with management contracts, but with hands-on leasing support for landlords and property owners. We market your property, screen tenants, write leases, and ensure a smooth move-in. We don’t manage your home long-term, but we’re proud to maintain a network of trusted property management companies we’re happy to refer you to when the time is right.
