I'm a licensed real estate broker in Texas and have worked and I’ve worked in real estate for over 25 years—leasing, managing, investing, and building operating systems that make things run smoother. I co-founded Texas Leasing Consultants™ because I saw a need for something in-between full-service property management and doing everything yourself.

My vision for Texas Leasing Consultants™ is simple: to support both landlords and tenants by delivering quality service that leads to reliable housing and better outcomes on both sides. It’s about being professional, responsive, and keeping the process clear and consistent.

I hold an MBA, I’m a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®), and I serve as the broker of TriLitCo, LLC—the licensed firm behind the Texas Leasing Consultants™ brand. These days, I focus on leading our team, helping self-managing landlords improve their systems, and making sure tenants get the support they need to find quality rental housing. While we no longer offer full property management, I continue to work with property management companies across Central Texas on operational strategy and consulting.
